Nesconset FD Responds to Residential Structure Fire

At 20:54 on Monday April 19, 2021 the Nesconset Fire Department responded to a report of a residential structure fire on Cambon Place. Initial responding units arrived on scene and upgraded the response to a Working Fire. Firefighters from Engine 4-4-1 stretched an 1-3/4” hose line through the front door and extinguished a kitchen fire. Engines 4-4-1, 4-4-2 and 4-4-3, Tower Ladder 4-4-7, First Responder 4-4-80 and Ambulance 4-4-6B responded to the incident location. Mutual Aid units from the St. James, Ronkonkoma, Lakeland and Smithtown Fire Departments assisted at the scene. All units operated under the direction of Chief of Department AJ Anderson and cleared from the scene at 22:09.
